Return Policy

At YZFeeling, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

1. Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of receipt. The date you receive your product is counted as the first day.

2. Condition of Items:
- Unopened and Unused Items: If the item is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping cost is non-refundable. YZFeeling won't pay any shipping fee except for the quality issue.
- Opened but Unused Items: Can be returned but not exchanged. If the item package is opened but the item is unused, we can arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restock fee of USD 15 plus 30% of the product's retail price will be charged.
- Used Items: If the item is used, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

4. Product Quality Issues/Warranty: If there is a quality issue with the product, we will assist you in contacting the brand to process the warranty.

6. Return Procedure:

- We may ask for images to confirm if the item is used or the package has been opened.
- Repackage your products in their original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

7. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

Note: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
